An oilfield pumping unit energy-saving renovation project

An oilfield pumping unit energy-saving transformation project all uses PAD oilfield kowtow unit energy-saving and control devices. According to the oilfield motor, this project uses two power inverters of 37kW and 45kW.

After the transformation, the current electrical control system of the frequency converter speed-regulating pumping unit in the oil field retains the original power frequency circuit, so that the pumping unit will not stop when the frequency conversion circuit fails, so as not to affect the crude oil production. The main circuit is shown in the following figure.:

Field tests were carried out on 16 oil wells installed at stations 20, 60, and 83 in the fourth area of ​​an oil production operation. The calculation was carried out through the comparison test of power frequency and frequency conversion:

The average active power saving rate of oil wells is 23.34%

The average no-power saving rate of oil wells is 83.77%

The comprehensive energy-saving rate of oil wells is 26.46%

The average annual electricity saving for a single well is 19038.99 degrees

PMD is specially developed for oilfield pumping units. The parameters are fully packaged design, reliable performance, few debugging parameters, and simple operation.

(3) The structure is compact and beautiful, saving installation space. The design of the frequency conversion feedback integrated machine saves installation space, and the structure is compact and beautiful.

(4) Direct stroke adjustment After the transmission ratio is debugged, you only need to directly input stroke times, which is convenient and quick.

(5) Improved power factor on the grid side reduces reactive power and saves operating costs of upstream equipment

(6) Equipment operation and maintenance costs are reduced. Soft start of the motor is realized, and the current does not have any impact on the power grid when starting; the maintenance period is extended, and the maintenance cost is reduced; there is no heat source in the control cabinet, and the operating environment of electrical equipment is improved.

(8) Improved automation control The speed of the pumping unit can be dynamically adjusted directly through the frequency converter, and the stroke rate of the pumping unit can be steplessly adjusted, which can facilitate remote centralized monitoring and check the operation status of the equipment.
