A port gantry crane application case

The lifting mechanism of a port MC type 40T grab gantry crane is composed of supporting and closing mechanisms. Both mechanisms are driven by 160kW variable frequency motors. The inverter model is PH7-04-220NDC, and the speed regulation is closed-loop vector control with encoder. It is a stepless speed regulation mode with gears, using Profibus-DP field bus control, built-in S-curve acceleration and deceleration mode, to ensure the stability of the heavy lifting process, the feedback part uses 2 PFH-04-110PDC in parallel.
