PFE elevator energy saving device
Design concept:
The design concept of the PFE elevator feedback energy-saving device is to install a parallel elevator feedback energy-saving device without changing the original elevator control system. It is to dig deep into the energy-saving space of elevators that have applied frequency conversion technology and achieve the goal of reducing emissions.
Features:
(1) Adopt high-speed DSP central processing unit:
Upgrade a new generation of feedback control software, accurate control accuracy, good stability, less harmonics, and strong anti-interference ability;
(2) Adopt the latest SVPWM modulation technology in the industry:
Upgrade the new generation of SVPWM vector control technology to meet all the requirements of current harmonics in the national standard for elevator energy feedback;
(3) Meet the national standards of elevator energy feedback device:
Upgrade the new generation of control software and hardware, and pass the tests of GB/T 32271-2015 "Elevator Energy Feedback Device" and TSG T7007-2016 "Elevator Type Test Rules", report number: WT NET 18-410;

The product is equipped with standard RS485 communication and keyboard communication display, and all software control parameters are open for display and debugging, which is convenient for product monitoring;
(5) Prevent islanding effect:
The software monitors the status of the power grid in real time, and the power outage of the power grid will immediately stop the power feedback to the grid to prevent the islanding effect;
(6) Using LC filter technology:
Optimize LC filtering, effectively suppress harmonics and electromagnetic interference, voltage and current THD<5%, to ensure clean energy feedback;
(7) Using automatic phase sequence discrimination technology:
Upgrade the automatic phase sequence identification technology, the phase sequence of the three-phase power grid can be connected at will, without the need to distinguish the phase sequence artificially;
(8) Upgrade the hardware design to exceed the requirements of the national standard withstand voltage:
The newly upgraded hardware design meets the withstand voltage of 2500V AC for 1min, and the leakage current is less than 2mA, which is far lower than the national standard 30mA requirement;
(9) The hardware design is highly integrated to improve product reliability:
Except for reactors, all hardware design circuits adopt PCB integrated circuit design to improve product consistency and reliability;
(10) Improve the feedback current level of the machine:
The newly upgraded hardware and control software reduce the volume of the product machine by more than 31%, and at the same time, increase the feedback current by 34%;
(11) Standard air switch and fuse:
Standard DC and three-phase AC fuses, standard circuit breakers, short-circuit protection in place, to ensure the safe operation of the elevator;
(12) It can automatically escape from the fault to ensure the normal operation of the elevator:
It is mutually redundant with the original control system of the elevator, and does not change the original control method of the elevator;
(13) Adopt a variety of original technologies, compatible with all brands of elevator inverters;
(14) The energy-saving effect is remarkable, and the comprehensive energy-saving rate reaches 20%~50%;
(15) Regenerative power feedback efficiency is as high as 97.9%;
